KYC Verification Process At Casino House
Casino House runs KYC checks to confirm a player’s identity, residential address, and payment method before allowing certain actions on the account.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Casino House asks for a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The file must show the full document, all four corners, the photo, full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and the MRZ (the two lines of code at the bottom of a passport ID page). The account details must match the document; mismatches trigger a re-check.
- Address proof: Casino House accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter that shows the player’s full name and current address. The document must be dated within the last 90 days and show the issuer’s name/logo and the document date. Screenshots from apps get rejected when they don’t include the full page with the address and date.
- Payment method: If the player uses a bank card, Casino House requests a photo of the card with the middle digits covered (show the first 6 and last 4 only) and the cardholder name visible. The CVV must be hidden. For e-wallets, Casino House requests a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account page that shows the account owner name and wallet ID or email. For bank transfers, a bank statement showing the IBAN and the account holder name is used.
Casino House requires KYC when a player requests a withdrawal, when total withdrawals reach USD 2,000 (or the same value in another currency), when account activity triggers a fraud or AML flag (for example, repeated failed deposit attempts or sudden changes in payment methods), or when the player changes key profile data such as name or date of birth.
The upload step sits in the account menu under Verification. Casino House rejects cropped images, glare, heavy blur, black-and-white scans of color IDs, and files where text is unreadable. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF; each file must be under 10 MB.
Standard review time is 1–24 hours after submission. If the case needs manual checks, Casino House takes up to
